Belated Happy Mother's Day

I've been spending the weekends 'off the grid' so to speak.  So, happy Mother's Day to all you Vox Moms (Vox Matra? Matrivox?  My Latin is imprecise, at best.)

Weekends without skimming rss reads and news feeds is nice.  You get to spend them doing things (or opening your mind to the ideas that don't quite fit when you're busy reading other ideas).

I saw Iron Man 2 on Friday.  It was very entertaining and appropriate for the beginning of the summer blockbuster season.  Look for Stan Lee's usual cameo.

LOL....I had to giggle at the Latin reference.  My 18 year old takes Latin and is often times (in a joking way) correcting us and making really funny words (well, funny to me, they probably are quite accurate).
